O casal sonhava com as sacadas com vistas para a Serra do Mar, por isso a proposta com sacadas nas 03 Suítes, Sala com pé direito duplo e janelas estrategicamente posicionadas para as montanhas. Isso favorece o conforto ambiental com a luz e ventilação natural, além da parede de “Cobogos” na Lavanderia. A integração da Cozinha com as Salas e a Varanda Gourmet com vista para Piscina dá amplitude ao interior da residência. Eles amaram nosso projeto!
Breadth on the Beach
The couple dreamed of balconies overlooking the Serra do Mar, hence the proposal with balconies in the 03 Suites, living room with double height ceilings and strategically positioned windows overlooking the mountains. This favors environmental comfort with natural light and ventilation, in addition to the “Cobogos” wall in the Laundry. The integration of the Kitchen with the Living Rooms and the Gourmet Balcony overlooking the Pool gives spaciousness to the interior of the residence. They loved our project!
