A proposta teve arquitetura contemporânea integrada aos jardins externos com Sistema Construtivo Racional que reduz o impacto ambiental. O layout integrou Dormitório, Home Office, Sala, Cozinha e Lavanderia com conforto, beleza, materiais diferenciados com linda vista para a Mata Atlântica.

The premise for Construtora was comfortable kitchenettes for single people, retirees or couples without children. The proposal had contemporary architecture integrated to the external gardens with a Rational Constructive System that reduces the environmental impact. The layout integrated Bedroom, Home Office, Living Room, Kitchen and Laundry room with comfort, beauty, differentiated materials with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Forest.
