A premissa foi construir sobrado com 03 Suítes num lote estreito.
O projeto arquitetônico aproveitou a luz e ventilação natural com jardins no térreo e na cobertura para reduzir os impactos ambientais e melhorar o bem estar das pessoas.
A proposta usou materiais recicláveis como alumínio, madeira e vidro com sistema construtivo racional. Muito lindo!
A Beautiful townhouse
The premise was to build a townhouse with 03 suites on a narrow lot.
The architectural design took advantage of natural light and ventilation with gardens on the ground floor and on the roof to reduce environmental impacts and improve people’s well-being.
The proposal used recyclable materials such as aluminum, wood and glass with a rational construction system. Very beautiful!
