A premissa foi regularizar junto à Prefeitura o edifício institucional que teve ampliação. Propomos renovar a Fachada revestida com Grafiato e Porcelanato amadeirado, instalamos vitrôs verticais com a Cruz iluminada pelo jardim, desse modo isolamos o Auditório do calor da tarde e do ruído da Rodovia. Melhoramos a acessibilidade com guarda-corpo e piso antiderrapante. O ar condicionado e as luminárias com maior eficiente energética no novo forro acústico aumentaram o conforto lumínico e acústico. O cliente disse “Sensacional! Muitas pessoas nos visitam após a reforma, elogiando a Fachada e o conforto”.
Regularization and Renovation
The premise was to regularize the institutional building that had been expanded with the City Hall. We propose to renovate the façade coated with Grafiato and woody Porcelain, we install vertical windows with the Cross illuminated by the garden, in this way we isolate the Auditorium from the afternoon heat and the noise of the Highway. We have improved accessibility with guardrails and non-slip flooring. Air conditioning and more energy efficient lighting in the new acoustic ceiling increased lighting and acoustic comfort. The customer said “Sensational! Many people visit us after the renovation, praising the Facade and the comfort”.
