Reforma
Regularizamos junto à Prefeitura a construção existente num Lote com acesso pelo quintal nos fundos com Piscina. No ano seguinte fomos contratados para projetar a reforma, a premissa foi demolir a Piscina para construir nova garagem e acesso (rua dos fundos), demolir a Suíte sobre a Varanda Gourmet na frente para a praia, construindo no local a nova Piscina. Ao demolir as paredes internas divisórias criamos Salas (TV, Estar, Jantar e de Jogos) integradas à Cozinha e Varanda Gourmet. Criamos Suítes que atendem Portador de Necessidades Especiais (PNE) e Sacadas com vista para o Oceano Atlântico ou Serra do Mar, a família amou! O Sistema Construtivo Racional usa materiais recicláveis, aquecimento com Gás Natural ou Energia Solar, jardim vertical coberto por cúpula de vidro com venezianas que aproveita a luz e o vento natural para melhorar o conforto ambiental.
Regularization and Renewal
We regularized with the City Hall the existing construction on a Lot with access through the backyard with swimming pool. The following year we were hired to design the renovation, the premise was to demolish the Swimming Pool to build a new garage and access (back street), demolish the Suite over the Gourmet Balcony in front of the beach, building the new Swimming Pool in the place. By demolishing the internal dividing walls, we created Rooms (TV, Living, Dining and Games) integrated to the Gourmet Kitchen and Balcony. We created Suites that cater for People with Special Needs (PNE) and Balconies overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or Serra do Mar, the family loved it! The Rational Building System uses recyclable materials, heating with Natural Gas or Solar Energy, a vertical garden covered by a glass dome with shutters that takes advantage of natural light and wind to improve environmental comfort.
