Reforma
A premissa foi manter o padrão externo exigido pelo Condomínio com renovação interior. A proposta foi demolir a divisória na Cozinha para instalar da “grande ilha” que servirá como mesa para as pessoas, integrando a Sala, o Deck na entrada e nova Varanda Gourmet. Decks com pergolado de madeira serão construídos para conectar a Suíte e a nova Lavanderia com vista para a Mata Atlântica. O muro de pedras será revestido com ripado vertical de madeira, o qual seguirá pela lateral da escada que receberá corrimão. Constatamos cupins de solo, sendo recomendado a dedetização com barreira química antes da reforma e outras patologias que serão tratadas na reforma.
Interior Renovation
The premise was to maintain the external standard required by the Condominium with interior renovation. The stone wall will be covered with vertical wooden slats, which will follow along the side of the stairs that will receive a handrail. We found soil termites, recommending fumigation with a chemical barrier before the renovation and other pathologies that will be treated during the renovation.
