O planejamento foi essencial para integrar duas casas numa nova residência. A premissa foi a menor intervenção possível para atender as necessidades dentro do orçamento para a obra, o novo layout criou Suíte com Closet, Dormitórios, Cozinha integrada à Sala de Jantar e de Visitas. A reforma no telhado permitiu instalarmos uma “Mansarda” no vão da nova escada de acesso ao Mezanino com Sala de TV, quando aberta ventila e ilumina naturalmente a casa. A família amou tudo!

Remodeling

Planning was essential to integrate two houses within the family budget with the least possible intervention. Our layout created the Suite with Closet for the Couple, Bedroom for the daughters, Kitchen integrated into the Dining Room and Guest Room. The renovation of the roof with an increase in height and inclination allowed us to create a TV room and another bedroom. The Mansard over the stairs allowed for natural light and ventilation when open. The family loved it!
