A premissa foi mínima intervenção com grandes melhorias. A proposta demoliu a antiga churrasqueira para criar o Salão de Jogos e a Sala de Estar com vista para a Piscina, separados por parede de Drywall com portas de correr para o conforto acústico. Demoliu a Lavanderia e substituiu antigos revestimentos para construção da nova Varanda Gourmet, Lavabo e Lavanderia “ocultos” com arquitetura contemporânea, Sistema Construtivo Racional e materiais recicláveis para menor impacto ambiental. O jardim terá espécies nativas da Mata Atlântica com aromas e flores. “Amamos seu projeto!” disse o casal.

New Gourmet Balcony
The premise was minimal intervention with major improvements. The proposal demolished the old barbecue to create the Games Room and the Living Room overlooking the Pool, separated by a Drywall wall with sliding doors for acoustic comfort. It demolished the Laundry Room and replaced old coatings for the construction of the new Gourmet Balcony, “hidden” Lavatory and Laundry Room with contemporary architecture, a Rational Building System and recyclable materials for less environmental impact. The garden will have species native to the Atlantic Forest with scents and flowers. “We love your project!” said the couple.
