A premissa foi planejar a renovação em diferentes etapas. A proposta criou Suíte com Hidromassagem no Deck privativo do casal, Quarto para visitas e Sala de Estar integradas às Varandas, Cozinha integrada à Varanda Gourmet com acesso ao Solarium e Piscina com borda infinita com vista para a Mata Atlântica. O Sistema Construtivo Racional com materiais recicláveis, cisterna para reuso da água pluvial e o aquecimento com Gás Natural ou Energia Solar diminuem os impactos ambientais. Além disso, aberturas aproveitam a luz e ventilação natural para melhorar o bem estar dos clientes que adoraram o projeto.

Renovation in the Field
The premise was to plan the renovation in different stages. The proposal created a Suite with Whirlpool on the couple’s private Deck, Guest Room and Living Room integrated to the Balconies, Kitchen integrated to the Gourmet Balcony with access to the Solarium and Infinity Pool overlooking the Atlantic Forest. The Rational Building System with recyclable materials, cistern for reuse of rainwater and heating with Natural Gas or Solar Energy reduce environmental impacts. In addition, openings take advantage of natural light and ventilation to improve the well-being of customers who loved the project.
