Reforma
A proposta de reforma neste com arquitetura moderna, estrutura em concreto armado aparente e grandes esquadrias de alumínio com vista para o Oceano Atlântico e a Serra do Mar buscou substituir o antigo revestimento por piso laminado de madeira, porcelanato e o azul petróleo nas paredes que são sensação de paz e equilíbrio. Demolir o balcão, armários e divisórias permitiu integrar a Sala, Cozinha e Lavanderia, melhorando o conforto ambiental com luz e ventilação natural. No antigo acesso à Lavanderia criamos um Armário para Materiais de Limpeza, cujo fundo voltado para o Hall expõe fotografias do casal pelo mundo. Eles amaram o resultado!
Renovated Apartment
The renovation proposal for this with modern architecture, structure in apparent reinforced concrete and large aluminum frames overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Serra do Mar sought to replace the old coating with laminated wood flooring, porcelain tiles and petroleum blue on the walls that are a sense of peace and balance. Demolishing the counter, cupboards and partitions made it possible to integrate the Living Room, Kitchen and Laundry Room, improving environmental comfort with natural light and ventilation. In the old access to the Laundry Room, we created a Cabinet for Cleaning Materials, whose back facing the Hall exposes photographs of the couple around the world. They loved the result!
