Construção
A premissa foi a arquitetura industrial integrada à natureza. A proposta usa Sistema Construtivo Racional, materiais recicláveis, portas de alumínio em “L” que aproveitam a luz e ventilação natural para melhorar o conforto ambiental e jardins com espécies nativas, flores e aromas da Mata Atlântica a fim de reduzir o impacto ambiental. O Studio terá o Home Office no Mezanino com vista para a Serra do Mar e no térreo a Cozinha integrada à Sala, Dormitório, W.C. e Lavanderia. O casal amou nosso projeto!

Studio in Nature
The premise was industrial architecture integrated with nature. The proposal uses a Rational Building System, recyclable materials, “L” shaped aluminum doors that take advantage of natural light and ventilation to improve environmental comfort and gardens with native species, flowers and aromas from the Atlantic Forest in order to reduce the environmental impact. The Studio will have the Home Office on the Mezzanine overlooking the Serra do Mar and on the ground floor the Kitchen integrated into the Living Room, Bedroom, W.C. and Laundry. The couple loved our project!
