A premissa foi atender as necessidades do casal num imenso imóvel com ambientes mal distribuídos, cuja reforma seria feita em etapas. A proposta organizou os ambientes em setores com mínima intervenção na antiga estrutura. Criamos na ala íntima a Suíte com Closet do casal, Suíte com banheiro americano dos filhos e Suítes para visitas com acesso externo. Na ala social criamos as Salas de Estar, Visita, TV, Jantar e o Home Office. Os pergolados de alumínio com vidro, aproveitam a luz e a ventilação natural para melhorar o bem estar e interligam a casa à Varanda Gourmet. Menor impacto ambiental usando lanternins e clarabóias na iluminação zenital, cisternas para reuso da água pluvial e a eletricidade gerada por Energia Solar. Reform in Stages
The premise was to meet the couple’s needs in an immense property with poorly distributed environments, whose renovation would be carried out in stages. The proposal organized the environments into sectors with minimal intervention in the old structure. We created in the intimate wing the Suite with Closet for the couple, Suite with American bathroom for the children and Suites for visitors with external access. In the social wing we created the Living, Visiting, TV, Dining and Home Office rooms. The aluminum pergolas with glass, take advantage of natural light and ventilation to improve well-being and connect the house to the Gourmet Balcony. Less environmental impact using lanterns and skylights in zenith lighting, cisterns for reuse of rainwater and electricity generated by Solar Energy. Their statement was “Qualified professional with a refined perception in translating dreams into projects that come true. It’s already part of our history. You are a blessing in our life!”
